October 13th, 2017 - Billy Moyer Jr. made the trip to Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Illinois) on Friday night competing in a field of 16 Super Late Models for the $2,000 top prize. After timing in fastest in his qualifying group, Billy landed a runner-up finish in his heat behind his dad positioning him 4th on the starting grid for the feature. Improving one spot, Billy landed a 3rd place finish behind Billy Moyer and Tim Manville with Jeff Herzog and Gordy Gundaker completing the Top 5 finishers.

September 30th, 2017 - Friday night found Billy Moyer Jr. back in action at Duck River Raceway Park (Wheel, Tennessee) for the sixth annual Deep Fried 75. With 30 Super Late Models on hand for the two-day unsanctioned event, Moyer Jr. timed fourth fastest overall before landing a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Dane Dacus. September 16th, 2017 - Billy Moyer Jr. traveled to Knoxville Raceway (Knoxville, Iowa) on Thursday evening for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned Knoxville Nationals. In a field of 56 Super Late Models, Billy dropped two positions in his heat logging a 6th place finish. Transferring into the B-Main for another shot at the opening night feature, Billy fell back to a 13th place outing after jumping the cushion late in the consolation event.  

On Friday night for another round of preliminary action, Billy recorded a 6th place finish in his heat giving him one final shot at the $7,000-to-win A-Main with a B-Main appearance. Sending the Top 6 into the show, Moyer Jr. came up short with a 13th place finish.

Saturday night saw Billy scratch from his B-Main after he was slated to start deep in the field.

September 9th, 2017 - On Thursday night Billy Moyer Jr. made the trek to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) kicking off the 47th annual World 100. With 105 Super Late Models signed in for the UMP DIRTcar sanctioned weekend, Moyer Jr. secured his spot into the opening night preliminary feature with a 4th place finish in his heat. Staring in 20th, Billy held onto a 14th place outing after drawing a caution on lap 21.

Returning on Friday for another round of preliminary features, Billy fell one spot short of a transfer position in his heat race with a 5th place finish. Transferring into the B-Main for another shot at the A-Main, Moyer Jr. logged a 5th place outing ending his night early.

Bringing the World 100 weekend to a close on Saturday, Moyer Jr. placed 11th in his heat race giving him one final shot at the $50,000-to-win finale with a B-Main appearance. Slated to start near the tail of his consolation event, Billy scratched from the 20-lapper.

September 3rd, 2017 - Billy Moyer Jr. kicked off the Labor Day weekend at Crowley’s Ridge Raceway (Paragould, Arkansas) for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) opener. After timing in fourth fastest in his qualifying group, Moyer Jr. scored an 8-lap heat race win positioning him 3rd on the starting grid for the $3,000-to-win A-Main. Holding his spot for all 35-laps, Billy posted a 3rd place finish behind David Breazeale and B.J. Robinson with Jack Sullivan and Kyle Beard completing the Top 5 finishers.

The following night brought Moyer Jr. to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) competing in a field of 26 Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) entries. Leading the night off again with a heat race win, Billy earned the 3rd-starting position for the Larry Phillips Memorial A-Main. August 20th, 2017 - Friday night found Billy Moyer Jr. in action at Batesville Motor Speedway (Batesville, Arkansas) for the 25th annual Topless 100. With 41 Super Late Models on hand for the event co-sanctioned with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) and the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS), Moyer Jr. edged his way into the $40,000-to-win A-Main on Saturday evening with the 4th and final transfer spot in his heat race. August 12th, 2017 - Behind the wheel of the Crop Production Services #21 Super Late Model, Billy Moyer Jr. visited Florence Speedway (Union, Kentucky) on Thursday evening for the Lucas Oil Late Model Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned weekend. Drawing 67 cars for the North-South Shootout, Billy dropped three positions in his heat race logging a 5th place finish. Needing a 2nd place finish or better in his B-Main to make the opening night $10,000-to-win A-Main, Moyer Jr. came up one spot short with a 3rd place outing.

On Friday night for two rounds of heat races, Billy scored a 2nd place finish behind Josh Richards in his first attempt. Coming in 5th in his second heat, Moyer Jr. secured his spot into the main event on Saturday evening. With $50,000 on the line, Billy Moyer Jr. dropped one spot in the 100-lapper logging a 17th place finish.

August 5th, 2017 - Billy Moyer Jr. returned to Batesville Motor Speedway (Batesville, Arkansas) on Friday for the rescheduled COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) feature from a week ago. Following the fastest time overall in a field of 18 cars, Moyer Jr. cruised to a heat race win earning him the pole position for the feature. Jumping into the lead on the drop of the green flag, Billy led wire-to-wire capturing his eighth win of the season topping Wendell Wallace, Robert Baker, Chandler Petty, and Scott Crigler at the finish line. Saturday night brought Moyer Jr. to Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) competing in a field of 27 Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) entries. Posting a Dash win early in the night, Billy earned the pole position for the $2,500-to-win A-Main. Holding off the field late in the 50-lapper, Billy Moyer Jr. scored his second straight win and ninth overall on the season over Brian Rickman, Garrett Alberson, Chris Wall, and David Breazeale.

July 29th, 2017 - On Friday night Billy Moyer Jr. made the short trip to his hometown race track of Batesville Motor Speedway (Batesville, Arkansas) for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDSD) sanctioned program. After laying down the fastest time in a field of 24 Super Late Models, Mother Nature postponed the event to a later date shortly after qualifying wrapped up.

Billy returned to action on Saturday night competing with the MARS DIRTcar West Series at Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Missouri). Following the tenth fastest time in qualifying, Moyer Jr. topped the 23-car field in the feature to pick up his seventh win of the season over Logan Martin, Tim Manville, Scott Crigler, and Kyle Beard. Winning by more than 2 seconds, Billy pocketed a $3,000 payday for the 30-lap victory.

July 15th, 2017 - Opening Champions Week, Billy Moyer Jr. traveled to Hartford Speedway (Hartford, Michigan) on Tuesday for the final five nights in the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour. With 28 Super Late Models signed in, Moyer Jr. followed up the fastest time in his qualifying group with a 10-lap heat race win. Earning the pole position for A-Main, Billy jumped into the lead on the green flag and held off a few late-race challengers to pick up his fifth win of the season over Jason Feger, Brandon Thirlby, Ryan Unzicker, and Bobby Pierce. Following a rainout on Wednesday night at Thunderbird Speedway (Muskegon, Michigan), Billy was one of 40 Super Late Models signed in at Merritt Speedway (Merritt, Michigan) on Thursday for the 29th annual Wood Tic weekend. After laying down the third fastest time in qualifying, Moyer Jr. streaked to a 10-lap heat race victory positioning him on the pole for the main event. Pacing his way through the 40-lapper, Billy fought a hard-charging Brandon Thirlby late in the race to score his second straight win and sixth overall on the season. Billy Moyer Jr. brought a curtain down on the 2017 Hell tour with a doubleheader at Oakshade Speedway (Wauseon, Ohio) on Friday and Saturday. Billy notched a 6th-place finish on Friday night and an 8th-place finish on Saturday evening.

Billy finished second in the final Hell Tour point standings, and he claimed a $2,000 check for being the top earning point’s driver for the FK Rod Ends Final Week.

July 9th, 2017 - Billy Moyer Jr. kicked off the third week of the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour Monday night at Quincy Raceway (Quincy, Illinois) for a chance at the $5,000 payday. Competing in the Fourth of July special, Moyer Jr. stopped at Fayette County Speedway (Brownstown, Illinois) on Tuesday night. Following the fifth fastest time in his group, Billy scored a 3rd place finish in his heat race locking him into the 10th-starting position for the feature. With $10,000 on the line, Moyer Jr. dropped two positions logging a 12th place outing.

After a rainout on Wednesday at Belle-Clair Speedway (Belleville, Illinois), Billy returned to action on Thursday at Macon Speedway (Macon, Illinois) for the 37th annual Herald & Review 100. Friday night brought a stout field of 40 Hell Tour competitors to Farmer City Speedway (Farmer City, Illinois) for the $10,000 top prize. Losing two positions in his heat race, Moyer Jr. recorded a 6th place outing transferring him into the B-Main. Failing to place in the Top 2, Billy relied on a provisional to make the A-Main. Starting near the tail, Moyer Jr. gained one spot in the 50-lapper registering a 18th place outing.

The following night Billy headed to Highland Speedway (Highland, Illinois) for the 20th round of the Summer Nationals Hell Tour. Holding his starting spot in his heat race, Moyer Jr. posted a 3rd place finish positioning him 12th on the starting grid for the feature. Breaking into the Top 10, Billy gained five spots reeling in a 7th place outing.

Wrapping up the third week in the Hell Tour on Sunday, Moyer Jr. stopped at Kickapoo Speedway (Danville, Illinois). After timing in third fastest in his group, Billy posted a 3rd place finish in his heat race locking him into 7th-starting position for the $5,000-to-win A-Main. Breaking a shock bracket on lap 18 while running in 5th, Billy Moyer Jr. battled back from the tail of the field to place 13th.

July 2nd, 2017 - Following the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals to the Volunteer State, Billy Moyer Jr. was one of 26 Super Late Models signed in at Clarksville Speedway (Clarksville, Tennessee) on Monday for the $5,000-to-win A-Main. After timing in third quick in his group, Billy posted a 3rd place finish in his 10-lap heat race positioning him 8th on the starting grid for the feature. Coming one spot shy of a Top 5 finish, Moyer Jr. gained two positions in the 40-lapper to place 6th.

Tuesday night brought 23 Super Late Models to Charleston Speedway (Charleston, Illinois) for another chance at the $5,000 payday. Following the fastest time overall in qualifying, Moyer Jr. charged to a heat race win locking him on the pole for the feature. Taking control of the lead on the drop of the green flag, Billy held the top spot for the entire distance of the A-Main capturing his second Hell Tour win and fourth victory overall of the season. Coming in second fastest in his qualifying group behind Brandon Sheppard, Billy went on to place 3rd in his heat race earning him the 9th-starting position for the A-Main. Holding his spot for all 40-laps, Billy Moyer Jr. posted a 9th place outing.

On Saturday night at Federated Raceway at I-55 (Pevely, Missouri) after Mother Nature washed on Friday night’s event at Terra Haute Action Track (Terra Haute, Indiana), Moyer Jr. was one of 41 Super Late Models signed in for the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour and World Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series showdown. Fall one spot shy of a transfer spot in his heat with a 5th place outing, Billy went on to capture a 10-lap consolation win locking him into the 18th-starting spot for the A-Main. Moving up three positions, Moyer Jr. logged a 15th place outing.

The following night with 31 cars signed in at Lincoln Speedway (Lincoln, Illinois) for the 15th stop of the Hell Tour, Billy Followed up the fastest time in his group with a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Ryan Unzicker. With $5,000 on the line in the A-Main, Moyer Jr. dropped back to a 13th place outing in the 40-lap affair.

June 25th, 2017 - Kicking off the Tri State Week in the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour, Billy Moyer Jr visited Jacksonville Speedway (Jacksonville, Illinois) on Tuesday for the ILMO Propane Wildman Kelly Classic. With 23 cars on hand, Billy laid down the second fastest time in his qualifying group before charging to a 10-lap heat race win. Earning the 3rd-starting position for the $5,000-to-win feature, Moyer Jr. fell one spot to place 4th behind Billy Moyer, Bobby Pierce and Shannon Babb with Brent Larson coming in 5th.

The following night brought Moyer Jr. to Spoon River Speedway (Banner, Illinois) for the $5,000 top prize. Starting 5th in his heat race, Billy jumped up two spots to place 3rd. June 18th, 2017 - Billy Moyer Jr. was one of 32 Super Late Models signed in at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) on Wednesday night to kick off the 32nd running of the UMP DIRTcar Summernationals Hell Tour. On Thursday night with 29 cars registered in for battle at Kankakee County Speedway (Kankakee, Illinois), Billy secured his spot into the $5,000-to-win feature with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Earning the 8th-starting position, Moyer Jr. dropped two spots to place 10th.

The following night brought Moyer Jr. to Sycamore Speedway (Sycamore, Illinois) for a chance at the $7,500 top prize. Grabbing the 4th and final transfer spot in his heat race, Billy earned the 13th-starting position for the feature. After getting caught behind a tangle on the opening lap, Moyer Jr. made a quick trip to the infield pit area to get a right rear shock bracket replaced. Rejoining the field from the tail, Billy Moyer Jr. reeled in an 11th place finish.

For the fourth stop of the tour, Moyer Jr. was one of 29 cars registered at Peoria Speedway (Peoria, Illinois) on Saturday night for the $10,000-to-win affair. After timing in second quick in his group, Billy charged to a 10-lap heat race win, locking him into the pole position for the feature.

Battling with his dad for the top spot, Moyer Jr. took control of the lead on lap 15. Just five circuits later Mother Nature began to drench the oval.

After seeing the field sent to the pits, race officials eventually called off the race when the storm showed no signs of letting up. Even though the feature didn’t reach its halfway point, officials eventually made the decision to declare the race complete, which gave the victory to Billy Moyer Jr.

For his win he received $5,000, which was half of the originally-scheduled winning purse. Bobby Pierce, Moyer Sr., Brian Shirley, and Billy Drake completed the Top 5 finishers. His win on Saturday night marked his third triumph of the season.

Wrapping up the opening week of the Hell Tour, Billy stopped at Daugherty Speedway (Boswell, Indiana) on Sunday. Gaining one spot in his heat race, Moyer Jr. recorded a 3rd place finish positioning him 9th on the starting grid for the feature. Losing four positions in the A-Main that was shortened due to very rough track conditions, Billy Moyer Jr. registered a 13th place outing.

June 10th, 2017 - Bringing the 23rd annual Dirt Late Model Dream to life, Billy Moyer Jr. was one of 79 Super Late Models signed in at Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Thursday night for one of two preliminary features. Running into mechanical issues in his heat race, Moyer Jr. was forced pitside after the first lap sending him into the B-Main. Needing a 4th place finish or better in his consolation event to make the opening night A-Main, Billy scored a 3rd place spot locking him into the 23rd-starting position for the feature. The following night starting on the pole of his heat race, Moyer Jr. scored a 3rd place finish locking him into the 12th-starting spot for the final preliminary feature. Battling for a $10,000 payday, Billy jumped up four positions in the 25-lapper posting an 8th place finish.

On Saturday for the final night of the 23rd annual Dirt Late Model Dream, Moyer Jr. was slated to start on the pole of his heat race until he departed early from pre-race staging, sentencing him to the tail of the preliminary event. Needing the place in the Top 3 to make the show, Billy battled his way up to an 8th place finish from the seventh row. Earning the 14th-starting position in his consolation event for one last shot at the $100,000-to-win finale, Billy Moyer Jr. was a scratch from the 20-lap B-Main bringing a disappointing end to his weekend.

May 28th, 2017 - Thursday night brought Billy Moyer Jr. to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) for the opening night of the Show-Me 100 weekend. Drawing 67 cars for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned program, Moyer Jr. locked his spot into the Cowboy Classic A-Main with the 3rd and final transfer spot in his heat race. Returning on Friday evening for the Tribute to Don & Billie Gibson, Moyer Jr. passed three cars in his heat race to place 5th sending him into the B-Main. Needing to place 2nd or better to make the final $6,000-to-win preliminary feature, Billy logged a 6th place outing bringing an early end to his night.

With severe weather in the area postponing Saturday’s 25th annual Show-Me 100 to Sunday afternoon, Billy was already locked into the $30,000-to-win finale based off his passing points the previous two nights. Rolling off 18th, Billy Moyer Jr. ran into problems on lap 47 bringing him to a halt. Unable to make it back out from the pits due to a broken transmission, Moyer Jr. was credited with a 23rd place outing.

May 14th, 2017 - Billy Moyer Jr. headed north to the Land of Lincoln on Thursday night for the two-day MARS DIRTcar West Series sanctioned event at Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois). With 48 Super Late Models on hand for the inaugural Farmer City 74, Moyer Jr. followed up the seventh fastest qualifying time in his group with the 3rd and final transfer spot in his heat race. Earning the 14th-starting spot for the $3,000-to-win preliminary feature, Billy jumped up one spot to place 13th.

The following night in a stout field of 58 cars, Moyer Jr. started the night off with a heat race victory positioning him 6th on the starting grid for the main event. With $20,000 on the line, Billy pulled off on lap 20 while being credited with a 24th place outing.

Saturday night brought Billy to Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) for the annual FALS Frenzy. Laying down the fastest time overall in a field of 54 Super Late Models, Moyer Jr. went on to place 3rd in his heat edging way into the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Rolling off 13th, Billy Moyer Jr. jumped up four positions in the 50-lap affair notching a 9th place finish.

Closing out the four-day MARS DIRTcar West Series sanctioned weekend, Moyer Jr. stopped at Spoon River Speedway (Banner, Illinois) on Sunday for the $5,000 top prize. May 6th, 2017 - On Friday night Billy Moyer Jr. made the short trip to Diamond Park Speedway (Nashville, Arkansas) for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned program. Earning the 8th-starting position for the opening night A-Main via preliminary events, Billy dropped back to a 20th place outing in the 35-lap affair.

The following night Moyer Jr. was back in action with the CCSDS at Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) for the $2,500-to-win A-Main. Scoring a runner-up finish behind Kyle Beard in his heat race, Billy locked into the 8th-starting spot for the feature. April 22nd, 2017 - For the first time in a few years, Billy Moyer Jr. returned to action at Columbus Speedway on Friday, and he made the most of the opportunity by powering his Crop Production Services #21jr Billy Moyer Race Car/ Pro Power Racing Engines Super Late Model to a $2,000 victory at the track known as the “Baddest Bullring in the South.” (Scott Oglesby photo)

“We grabbed the lead there at the drop of the green flag and were pretty good, but then I thought I had given it away in lapped traffic because I slipped back to second,” Moyer Jr. noted. “However, I was able to get back to the lead and then drive away from the field. This Billy Moyer Race Car was on spot the whole night, and I just want to thank my team, my sponsors, and everyone that makes my program possible.”

Billy started his night by setting fast time in the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) event at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi). After finishing second in the dash, that’s where he started for the feature. He paced the field early before surrendering the lead in lapped traffic. A few laps later though he would jump back to the front of the field.

Moyer Jr. went on to drive away from the field during the remainder of the 40 lapper to claim the $2,000 win, which marked his second triumph of the season. Jamie Tollison, Michael Arnold, Chad Thrash, and Dean Carpenter completed the Top-5 finishers.

Saturday’s MSCCS event at ECM Speedway (Arkadelphia, Alabama) fell victim to rain so the team returned home.

April 15th, 2017 - Running in the COMP Camps Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned program, Billy Moyer Jr. traveled to I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) on Saturday night. Drawing 45 entries for the two-day event co-sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) and the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS), Moyer Jr. qualified fourth fastest in his group before registering a runner-up finish in his heat behind Josh Richards. April 2nd, 2017 - Behind the wheel of the Crop Production Services #21 Super Late Model, Billy Moyer Jr. visited Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois) on Saturday for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series sanctioned Illini 100. With 41 cars signed in for the two-day event, Moyer Jr. qualified fifth fastest in his group before falling one position short of a transfer spot in his heat with a 5th place outing. Charging to a 10-lap consolation victory, Billy locked into the 17th-starting position for the feature. With $15,000 on the line, Moyer Jr. improved two positions in the 75-lap affair recording a 15th place outing.

March 26th, 2017 - Picking back up with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series, Billy Moyer Jr. was one of 45 Super Late Models signed in at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) on Friday for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Following the sixth fastest time in his qualifying group, Billy locked his spot into the feature with a 3rd place finish in his heat race. Starting in 14th, Moyer Jr. gained one position in the 50-lapper recording a 13rd place finish.

With the weather cancelling the World of Outlaws show at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) on Saturday, Billy headed to Lonestar Speedway (Kilgore, Texas) on Sunday to a field of 27 cars. March 18th, 2017 - On Friday night Billy Moyer Jr. traveled to Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) for the unsanctioned Pelican. With 25 cars signed in, Billy locked his spot into the $5,000-to-win A-Main with a 3rd place finish in his heat race. Breaking into the Top 5, Moyer Jr. landed a 5th place finish behind Timothy Culp, Garrett Alberson, B.J. Robinson, and Jon Mitchell.

The following night Moyer Jr. stopped at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) season-opener. After registering the fastest time overall in his qualifying group, Billy stormed to a dash victory putting him on the pole for the feature. February 25th, 2017 - Billy Moyer Jr. made the trek Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida) on Monday night for the 46th annual UMP DIRTcar Nationals. In a field of 43 Super Late Models, Moyer Jr. logged a 7th place finish in his heat sending him into the B-Main. Transferring the Top 3 into the opening night A-Main, Moyer Jr. slipped back to a 8th place outing.

On Tuesday after laying down the third fastest time in his qualifying group, Moyer Jr. fell one position short of a transfer spot in his heat with a 4th place finish. Starting in the pole of his B-Main, Billy cruised to a 10-lap consolation win putting him 20th on the starting rundown for the feature. After persistent rain in the area cancelled both Wednesday’s and Thursday’s night events, Billy was one 48 cars signed in on Friday for the final two Speedweeks events sanctioned by the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series. Slipping back to an 8th place outing in his heat, Billy went on to place 7th in his B-Main forcing him to use a provisional into the feature. Passing six cars, Moyer Jr. registered a 20th place outing.

For the final night of the World of Outlaws DIRTcar Nationals, Billy secured his spot into the $10,000-to-win finale with a 3rd place finish in his heat race. Rolling off 9th for the feature, Billy Moyer Jr. advanced six spots in the 40-lap affair notching a 3rd place finish behind Don O’Neal and Tim McCreadie with Kyle Bronson and Chris Madden completing the Top 5 finishers.

February 18th, 2017 - On Monday evening Billy Moyer Jr. returned to action at East Bay Raceway Park (Gibsonton, Florida) for the opening round of the Wrisco Winternationals. With 44 cars signed in for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned contest, Billy followed up the 4th fastest time in his qualifying group with a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Brandon Sheppard. Rolling off 8th for the $5,000-to-win opening night A-Main, Moyer Jr. slipped back to a 13th place outing in the 25-lapper.

The following night starting in the back of his heat after timing in near the tail of the field, Moyer Jr. placed 10th in his heat giving him another shot at the A-Main with a B-Main appearance. February 12th, 2017 - Billy Moyer Jr. kicked off the 2017 season on Friday at Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Georgia) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMODS) season-opener. Drawing 51 Super Late Models for the two-day Rhino Ag Super Bowl of Racing, Billy started the night off by blistering the fastest time overall in qualifying. Cruising to a 10-lap heat race win, Moyer Jr. secured the pole position for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Jumping into the lead on the drop of the green flag, Billy looked to have the race under control until lap-traffic became a problem late in the race. Getting caught behind another lap car on the lap-37, Moyer's night was over after destroying his radiator.

December 22nd, 2016 - Competing in a total of 87 events throughout the 2016 season, Billy Moyer Jr. captured nine wins along with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series Rookie of the Year honor. With the weather affecting eight of his scheduled dates, Moyer Jr. posted 38 Top 10 finishes and 17 Top 5 outings. Billy wrapped up the season 5th in the WoO point standings.

December 17th, 2016 - Closing out the 2016 campaign, Billy Moyer Jr. made the trip to The Dome at America’s Center (St. Louis, Missouri) on Thursday night for the inaugural VP Racing Fuels Gateway Dirt Nationals presented by Karl Performance. Drawing a stout field of 97 Super Late Models for three-day event, Billy earned the pole-starting spot for his heat on Friday after timing in 5th fastest in his first round of two qualifying sessions. Falling back to a 3rd place finish, Moyer Jr. transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the $5,000-to-win preliminary feature. Needing a 6th place finish or better, Billy edged his way with a 5th place spot. Starting in 17th, Billy Moyer Jr. held his position for all 20-laps registering a 17th place outing.

October 29th, 2016 - Wrapping up his rookie season in the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series, Billy Moyer Jr. traveled to the Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, North Carolina) on Friday night for the two-day Bad Boy Off Road World Finals. With 69 cars signed in, Moyer Jr. secured his spot into the opening night A-Main with a runner-up behind Shane Clanton in his heat. Starting in 9th for the $12,000-to-win main event, Billy dropped back to a 19th place outing in the 50-lapper.

Returning on Saturday night for another $12,000-to-win main event, Moyer Jr. fell one position short of a transfer spot in his heat with a 4th place finish. Transferring into the B-Main for another shot the A-Main, Billy came up short one spot again forcing him to rely on a provisional to make the show. Coming from the 25th-starting position, Billy Moyer Jr. gained six spots registering a 19th place finish.

October 8th, 2016 - Behind the wheel of the Crop Production Services #21JR Super Late Model, Billy Moyer Jr. made the trip to Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Kentucky) on Friday for the unsanctioned OctoberFest. In a field 15 cars, Moyer Jr. secured his spot into the A-Main with a heat race victory. Jumping into the lead on the very first lap, Billy held off the field for the entire 35-lap A-Main capturing his 9th win of the season over Michael Chilton, Greg Johnson, Jason Jameson, and Cody Mahoney. Moyer Jr. was awarded a $3,000 payday for his victory in the main event.

On Saturday night Billy stopped at Richmond Raceway (Richmond, Kentucky) for the Paul “Butterball” Woolridge Memorial. With 31 Super Late Models signed in for the $10,059-to-win A-Main, Moyer Jr started the night off with a heat race win earning him the 2nd-starting position for the feature. Hanging on to his starting spot for all 59-laps, Billy Moyer Jr. landed a runner-up finish behind Tyler Carpenter with Tanner English, Justin Rattliff, and Cody Mahoney rounding out the Top 5.

September 24th, 2016 - On Friday night Billy Moyer Jr. traveled to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for the two-day Magnolia State Cotton Pickin’ 100. Drawing 62 Super Late Models for the unsanctioned event, Moyer Jr. was running in 2nd in his heat until losing his breaks coming into the corner sending him into the turn 1 wall. Billy was unable to make it back out for his consolation event bringing an early end to his weekend.

September 17th, 2016 - Running with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), Billy Moyer Jr. visited Knoxville Raceway (Knoxville, Iowa) on Thursday night for the 13th Annual Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals presented by Casey’s General Stores. Falling one position short of transfer spot in his heat with a 4th place outing, Billy transferred into the B-Main for one last shot at the opening night A-Main. Sending the Top 6, Moyer Jr. fell back to a 11th place outing.

Battling for a 6th spot or better in the B-Main, Billy logged a 14th place finish bringing an early end to his night.

Wrapping up the Lucas Oil Late Model Nationals on Saturday, Moyer Jr. rolled off 11th in his B-Main for his last chance at the $40,000-to-win A-Main. Needing a 6th place finish or better, Billy retired a 21st place outing.

September 10th, 2016 - Competing in the 46th Annual World 100, Billy Moyer Jr. headed to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Thursday night for the UMP DIRTcar sanctioned program. Following the 26th fastest time in a field of 108 Super Late Models, Moyer Jr. stormed to a heat race win earning him the 8th-starting spot for one of the two opening night qualifying features. With $10,000 on the line, Billy fell three spots in the 25-lapper registering a 11th place outing.

Returning on Saturday for another round of preliminary events, Moyer Jr. edged his way into the feature with a 4th place finish in his heat. Starting in 17th, Billy gained one position in the 25-lap A-Main logging a 16th place finish.

Closing out the World 100 weekend on Saturday, Billy started the night off with a heat race victory giving him the 4th-starting spot for the $49,000-to-win main event. September 4th, 2016 - Powering his Karl Performance #21JR Super Late Model, Billy Moyer Jr. kicked off the Labor Day Weekend by traveling to Lernerville Speedway (Sarver, Pennsylvania) for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series event. Drawing 33 Super Late Models for the two-day Working Man Weekend, Moyer Jr. timed in 4th in qualifying giving him the 4th starting spot for the $2,500-to-win opening night qualifying feature. Hanging on to a Top 10 finish, Billy logged a 6th place outing in the 25-lap affair.

On Saturday night with his spot already locked into the $20,000-to-win A-Main, Moyer Jr. rolled off 12th. Bringing home a podium finish, Billy Moyer Jr. charged through the field nine positions landing a 3rd place finish behind Jimmy Mars and Morgan Bagley with Rick Eckert and Mike Norris rounding out the Top 5.

December 9th, 2015 - After a brief hiatus early in the season, Billy Moyer Jr. attended a total of 69 events during the 2015 season. Parking his Crop Production Services #21jr Super Late Model in victory lane nine times, Billy ended the season with 33 Top 10 finishes. With the ran affecting seventeen of his scheduled dates, Moyer Jr. also collected 24 Top 5 finishes.
