1July 29th, 2014 - A rainy Tuesday evening found Billy Moyer Jr. entering the first event of his career at the 1/2 mile oval at Shawano Speedway (Shawano, Wisconsin) as the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series sanctioned the $10,000-to-win race.

A strong field of 33 competitors competed atop the rain-soaked surface, and after qualifying fifth fastest in his group Billy started third in his heat race before finishing second, which sent him to the redraw for the feature. After receiving the sixth starting spot for the 50 lap finale Moyer Jr. raced in the top ten throughout the event before registering a ninth place finish at the checkered flag.

1July 26th, 2014 - After not having the best of luck in preliminary action at the 25th Annual Prairie Dirt Classic at Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) on Friday night, Billy Moyer Jr. elected to skip Saturday's program as he traveled to Lafayette County Speedway (Darlington, Wisconsin) for a $3,000-to-win, Corn Belt Clash event.

Despite never seeing the facility before Billy won his heat race and charged past Dave Eckrich into the lead in the feature as it approached its halfway point. He would stretch his advantage before a late-race caution bunched the field. As the race went back green Chad Simpson used a daring move on the high side to snare the lead and ultimately the win. Moyer Jr. went on to finish in second.

July 24th, 2014 - Billy Moyer Jr. opened a busy weekend on Thursday night at Tri City Speedway (Pontoon Beach, Illinois) with a $2,000-to-win, UMP Late Model event. Twenty-four competitors entered the event, and Billy raced his way to a fourth place finish in the main event behind race winner, Tim Manville, Randy Korte, and Michael Kloos.

July 12, 2014 - Matching the biggest win of his career Billy Moyer Jr. swept the 27th Annual Butterball Wooldridge Memorial at Richmond Raceway (Richmond, KY) for the $10,000 payday on Saturday night. He started his night by lowering the track record, and then cruised to the victory in his heat race to earn the pole for the feature. The finale found him leading all 50 laps in his #21jr Moyer Xtreme by Longhorn/Pro Power Racing Super Late Model to claim his seventh win of the season in front of a capacity crowd. Duane Chamberlain, Ben Adkins, Michael Chilton, and Stephen Breeding rounded out the top five finishers.

1July 11th, 2014 - On Friday night Billy Moyer Jr. competed at Tri City Speedway (Pontoon Beach, Illinois) in the $10,000-to-win affair with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. Billy's night started strong as he qualified third fastest in his group before screaming to the win in his heat race to lock into the pole position for the 50 lap finale with Steve Francis starting alongside. The team had high hopes for the feature, and for the first 30 laps Billy battled in the top three. However, a late caution resulted in Moyer Jr.'s tires glazing over, and he would slip backwards before ultimately crossing the finish line in the ninth position.

1July 5th, 2014 - Billy Moyer Jr. remained perfect on the season at Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway (Calvert City, Kentucky) on Saturday night as he topped the $3,000-to-win affair for his third win of 2014 at the 3/8 mile oval. He started his night by winning his heat race to earn a front row starting spot for the 35 lap finale with Tanner English starting alongside. Moyer Jr. assumed the lead at the drop of the green flag and went on to lead every circuit on his way to winning by over four seconds with Terry English, Kevin Cole, Tanner English, and Jarryd Holshouser rounding out the top five. The victory marked his sixth triumph overall of the 2014 campaign.

1July 4th, 2014 - Tuesday night found Moyer Jr.'s strong run to the front at Belle-Clair Speedway (Belleville, Illinois) slowed by a late-race caution. After finishing second in his heat race Billy earned the fifth starting spot for the feature. Late in the race he was charging to the front and was up to the third spot, when the caution flew. With him being on harder tires than the other competitors his car didn't fire as well and he fell back to a sixth place finish.

Jacksonville Speedway (Jacksonville, Illinois) welcomed the UMP Summernaitonals on Wednesday night as 29 entires took part in the event. Billy won his heat race and then drew the pole for the feature with Jason Feger starting alongside. Feger jumped to the lead at the drop of the green flag, and Moyer Jr. challenged for the leader early before settling into a third place finish behind race winner, Feger, and Shannon Babb.

LaSalle Speedway (LaSalle, Illinois) hosted the Hell Tour on Thursday night, where a talented field of 42 entries fillied the pit area. A third place finish in his heat race moved Moyer Jr. to the feature in the tenth starting spot. He raced in the front half of the field throughout the event before crossing the finish line in the eighth position.

Friday's outing at Fayette County Speedway (Brownstown, Illinois) started with promise for Billy Moyer Jr. as he earned the sixth starting spot for the $7,500-to-win feature via preliminary action. Unfortunately, mechanical issues bit him early in the feature as he retired to a 21st place finish.
