February 9, 2019 - On Monday night Billy Moyer Jr. followed the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) to East Bay Raceway Park (Gibsonton, Florida) for the 43rd annual Wrisco Winternationals. Coming one spot shy of a transfer position in his heat with a 4th place finish, Moyer Jr. went on to place 3rd in his B-Main transferring him into the DirtonDirt.com Strawberry Dash. Sending the race winner into the opening night feature, Billy scored the 8-lap Dash victory locking him into the 26th-starting position. With $5,000 on the line, Billy Moyer Jr. improved four spots to place 22nd.

The following night, Billy laid down the third fastest time in his qualifying group before placing 2nd in his heat behind Morgan Bagley. On Wednesday night for the third round of the Wrisco Winternationals, Moyer Jr. came up one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a 4th place finish. Coming in 2nd behind Kyle Bronson in his B-Main, Billy locked into the 22nd-starting position for the $7,000-to-win A-Main. Gaining nine spots in the 40-lap affair, Billy Moyer Jr. reeled in a 13th place outing.  

Returning on Thursday evening, Billy followed up a 4th place finish in his heat with a 4th place finish in his heat B-Main. Starting the DirtonDirt.com Strawberry Dash in 3rd, Moyer Jr. held his spot for all 8-laps to place 3rd.

On Thursday night, Moyer Jr. edged his way into the $12,000-to-win A-Main with the 4th and final transfer spot in his heat race. Breaking into the Top-10, Billy passed six cars in the 50-lapper registering a 7th place finish.

For the final night of the Wrisco Winternationals on Saturday, Billy secured his spot into the $12,000-to-win finale with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Starting in 9th, Moyer Jr. held his spot for all 50-laps to place 9th.

Sunday night’s LOLMDS Speedweeks finale at Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida) fell victim to Mother Nature.

February 2, 2019 - Billy Moyer Jr. kicked off the 2019 season on Friday night at Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Georgia) for the RhinoAg Super Bowl of Racing. With 42 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries on hand for the season opener, Moyer Jr. fell two spots short of a transfer position in his heat with a 6th place finish. Sending the Top 3 into the opening night feature, Billy logged a 7th place outing bringing an early end to his night.

Returning on Saturday night, Billy recorded the 17th fastest time in his qualifying group before placing 7th in his heat. Needing a 3rd place finish or better in his consolation event to make the $12,000-to-win finale, Moyer Jr. came up one spot short with a 4th place finish.
