June 29, 2019 - Billy Moyer Jr. invaded Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Illinois) on Tuesday night for the fifth stop of the rain-plagued DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour. After laying down the fastest time overall in qualifying, Moyer Jr. cruised to a heat race victory which positioned him 2nd on the starting grid for the $7,500-to-win A-Main. On Friday night Billy returned to action for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned program at Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tennessee). In a field of 27 cars, Moyer Jr. locked his spot into the main event with a 5th place finish in his heat. With $12,000 on the line, Billy held his spot for all 50-laps to place 14th.

The following night at Florence Speedway (Union, Kentucky) for the Ralph Latham Memorial, Billy came one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a 5th place finish. Needing a 3rd place finish or better in his B-Main to make the show, Moyer Jr. logged a 7th place finish forcing him to rely on a provisional into the show. Passing four cars in the 50-lap affair, Billy Moyer Jr. posted a 20th place outing.

June 15, 2019 - Thursday night saw Billy Moyer Jr. return with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) at Fayetteville Motor Speedway (Fayetteville, North Carolina) for the Dunn Benson Ford Wayne Gray Memorial. With 30 cars on hand, Moyer Jr. laid down the fastest time overall in qualifying before placing 2nd in his heat behind Tyler Erb. Starting the opening night feature in 5th, Billy ran into battery issues in the 50-lapper that dropped him back to a 13th place outing.

The following night at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee) for the Big Daddy 60, Moyer Jr. came in 4th in his heat which positioned him 16th on the starting grid for the $15,000-to-win finale. Dropping one spot in the 60-lap affair, Billy logged a 17th place finish.

June 1, 2019 - On Thursday night Billy Moyer Jr. returned with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for the opening night of the Geico Clash at the Mag. In a field of 39 cars, Billy recorded a 6th place finish in his heat transferring him into the B-Main for another shot at the show. Needing to place in the Top 3, Moyer Jr. fell short with a 6th place outing.

The following night for another $5,000-to-win preliminary feature, Moyer Jr. came one spot short of a transfer spot in his heat with 5th place finish. Transferring into the B-Main, Billy logged an 8th place outing.

Wrapping up the Geico Clash at the Mag on Saturday, Billy had one last shot at the $15,000-to-win finale with a B-Main appearance. Needing to place 2nd or better, Moyer Jr fell short with a 6th place finish.
