September 21, 2019 - Friday night saw Billy Moyer Jr. return with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series for Late Model Shootout at Kokomo Speedway (Kokomo, Indiana). After his fastest lap overall in time trials broke the previous track record, Moyer Jr. streaked to a 10-lap heat race victory which positioned him on the pole for the $12,000-to-win A-Main. The following night at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) for the 40th annual Jackson 100, Billy logged a 7th place finish in his heat transferring him into the B-Main. Falling short of a transfer spot in his B-Main, Moyer Jr. was granted a provisional into the $15,000-to-win finale. Passing eight cars in the 100-lap affair, Billy Moyer Jr. reeled in a 16th place finish.

September 14, 2019 - On Thursday evening Billy Moyer Jr. was one of 55 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series entries signed in at Knoxville Raceway (Knoxville, Iowa) for the 16th annual Knoxville Nationals. After coming one spot shy of a transfer position in his heat with a 4th place finish, Billy grabbed the 3rd and final transfer spot in his B-Main with a 3rd place finish. With $7,000 on the line, Moyer Jr. gained one spot in the 25-lapper to place 22nd.

Retuning on Friday for another $7,000-to-win preliminary feature, Moyer Jr. suffered a blown-out tire in his heat race that sent him slamming against the wall. He was a scratch from this 15-lap consolation event.

Pulling out his secondary car for the final night of the 16th annual Knoxville Nationals on Saturday, Billy posted a 5th place finish in his B-Main which positioned him 29th on the starting grid for the $40,000-to-win finale. He was an early retiree from the 100-lap affair on the third lap.

September 7, 2019 - Billy Moyer Jr. invaded Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Thursday night kicking off the 49th annual World 100. Drawing 98 cars for a pair of preliminary features, Billy recorded an 8th place finish in his heat transferring him into the B-Main. Needing a 2nd place finish or better to make the A-Main, Moyer Jr. logged an 8th place outing.

For the final night of the 49th annual World 100 on Saturday, Billy came in 6th in his heat giving him one last shot at the $52,000-to-win finale with a B-Main appearance. Sending the Top 5 into the main event, Moyer Jr. logged a 20th place finish.

September 1, 2019 - Friday night brought 27 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competitors to Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Kentucky) for the John Bradshaw Memorial. Starting the night off with a heat race victory, Moyer Jr. earned the pole position for the opening night feature. On Saturday evening at Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) for the Bob Miller Memorial, Billy came in 7th in his heat before placing 7th in his B-Main. Relying on a provisional into the $12,000-to-win A-Main, Moyer Jr. advanced seven spots recording a 17th place finish.

Wrapping up Labor Day weekend on Sunday, Moyer Jr. stopped at Tyler County Speedway (Middlebourne, West Virginia) for the 51st annual Hillbilly 100. Following a 6th place finish in his heat, Billy grabbed the 3rd and final transfer position in his B-Main. With $30,000 on the line in the feature, Billy Moyer Jr. passed four cars in the 100-lap affair reeling in an 18th place outing.
