March 21, 2021 - Billy Moyer Jr. was one of 44 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries on hand at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Ind.) on Saturday evening for the Indiana Icebreaker. After the fourth and final transfer spot in his heat race locked his spot into the $15,000-to-win A-Main, LOLMDS officials made the decision to postpone the remainder of the evening to May 2nd due to rough track conditions.

The following night at Atomic Speedway (Chillicothe, Ohio) for the Buckeye Spring 50, Billy posted a fourth place finish in his heat race, which positioned him 15th on the starting grid for the A-Main. With $12,000 on the line, Moyer Jr. was an early retiree from the 50-lapper on lap 12.

March 13, 2021 - Friday night found Billy Moyer Jr. in action at Boothill Speedway (Greenwood, La.) for the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned doubleheader. In a field of 34 cars, Billy fell two spots short of transferring in his heat, sending him into the B-Main for another shot at the opening night feature. Locking into the Top 3, Moyer Jr. came one spot short of a transfer position with a fourth-place outing.

For the second round of the Ronny Adams Memorial on Saturday, Moyer Jr. followed up the fastest lap in his time trial group with an eight-lap heat race victory. Earning the second-starting position for the $7,000-to-win finale, Billy rebounded late in the 40-lapper to finish sixth after a tangle for the lead early bounced him out of contention.
