May 29, 2021 - After Mother Nature shifted Thursday’s event to Friday afternoon, Billy Moyer Jr. was one of 58 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries on hand at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Mo.) to kick off his Memorial Day weekend with the Cowboy Classic. With the third-and-final transfer spot in his heat race pinning him 13th on the starting grid for the $6,000-to-win preliminary feature, Moyer faded eight spots in the 45-lapper to finish 21st.

On Saturday afternoon, Moyer Jr. recorded a fourth-place finish in his B-Main, forcing him to rely on a provisional into the $30,000-to-win Show-Me 100. Starting in 26th, Billy was an early retiree from the 100-lapper on lap 46.

May 25, 2021 - On Tuesday afternoon Billy Moyer Jr. was one of 27 Late Models on hand at Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Ill.) for the fourth round of the Castrol FloRacing Night in America miniseries. Following the 14th fastest time in qualifying, Moyer Jr. locked his spot into the main event with a sixth-place finish in his heat. May 21, 2021 - Billy Moyer Jr. returned behind the wheel of his Nutrien Ag Solutions No. 21jr Late Model on Friday night at 300 Raceway (Farley, Iowa) for the Truck Country 50. With 28 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series entries on hand, Billy suffered mechanical issues in his heat that forced him to pull off. May 15, 2021 - Wednesday night found Billy Moyer Jr. in action at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Ind.) for the Castrol FloRacing Night in America event. In a field of 33 cars, Moyer Jr followed up the third fastest time in his qualifying group with a runner-up finish in his heat behind Kyle Larson. Fading outside Top-10 in the 40-lap feature, Billy recorded a 14th-place outing.

With the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) doubleheader weekend nixed, Billy headed to Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Ill.) on Friday afternoon for the Mars Racing Series-sanctioned Farmer City 74. With a fourth-place finish in his heat race pinning him 16th on the starting grid for the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Moyer Jr. marched forward eight spots in the 74-lapper to place eighth. On Saturday night at Fairbury Speedway (Fairbury, Ill.), Moyer Jr. came in third in his heat race, which positioned him 10th on the starting grid for the main event. With $15,000 on the line, Billy improved one spot to finish ninth.

May 8, 2021 - Billy Moyer Jr. returned to action on Friday afternoon at Batesville Motor Speedway (Batesville, Ark.) after a right-foot injury sidelined him for a month. Drawing 26 Comp Cams Super Dirt Series entries for the Joe Garrison Memorial, Moyer Jr. claimed fast time honors in time trials with a 14.694 second lap before picking him an eight-lap heat race victory. With $5,000 on the line in the feature, Billy dropped one spot in the 30-lapper to register a third-place finish. He trailed Jonathan Davenport and B.J. The following night for the Bad Boy 98, Billy locked his spot into the $12,000-to-win finale with an eight-lap heat win. Rolling off third, Moyer Jr. ran in the top-five for the first half of the race until contact with another competitor on lap 58 bent a tie-rod and popped his right-rear tire. He rebounded from the tail of the field to salvage an 11th-place finish.
