1March 23rd, 2013 - Billy Moyer Jr. resumed action with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) on Saturday night at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) with the 16th annual Indiana Ice Breaker. Thirty-seven Super Late Models entered the $10,000-to-win event at the 1/4 mile oval, and after qualifying thirteenth fastest in his group Moyer Jr. started seventh in his heat race. He would advance to a fifth place finish, but with only the top four cars transferring to the speaker, he was forced to run a b-main. In the b-main he once again found himself on the outside looking in as he missed the transfer by a single spot. As a result, he utilized a series' provisional to start the main event in the twenty-fifth position. During the course of the event he advanced eight spots to finish seventeenth.

March 17th, 2013 - Jr. Motorsports traveled to Mississippi over the weekend to get some track time for upcoming special events in the area. During the course of the weekend they entered a pair of Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) Super Late Model races.

The festivities opened on Saturday night at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) with a $2,500-to-win program, and via preliminary action he earned the nineteenth starting spot for the 50 lap feature. In the main event he raced around mid-pack for much of the race before ultimately finishing in the fifteenth spot.

On Sunday evening the action shifted north to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) as a $2,000-to-win, MSCCS event was contested. Billy started twelfth on the grid for the 40 lap feature and was battling just outside the top ten, when he was collected in a melee near the race's midway point. Somehow he was credited with the caution and sent to the tail. As a result he just decided to retire from the event and was shown as finishing twentieth in the final rundown.

March 9th, 2013 - Billy Moyer Jr. entered the 3rd Annual Pelican 100 over the weekend at Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana). The $10,000-to-win, unsanctioned event attracted forty-seven Super Late Models to the 1/4 mile speed plant, and a third place finish in the third heat race on Friday night locked Moyer Jr. into the eleventh starting spot for Saturday evening's 100 lap finale. Early in the feature Billy mounted a charge forward and reached as high as the fifth spot before slipping to an eleventh place finish late in the race as the handle began to go away on his entry.
