Moyer Jr. follows Hell Tour for second week
To begin the second week with the DIRTcar Summer Nationals, Billy Moyer Jr. trekked to La Salle Speedway (LaSalle, Ill.) on Wednesday afternoon to pilot his Nutrien Ag Solutions No. 21JR Late Model. Following the second fastest time in his group behind Garrett Alberson, Moyer Jr. streaked to a 10-lap heat race win, which positioned him third on the starting grid for the opening night feature. Losing one spot in the 40-lap affair, Billy posted a fourth-place finish. He trailed Brian Shirley, Garrett Alberson, and Ryan Unzicker to the checkers with Chris Simpson coming in fifth.
